Fun Quick Design Project with Social Purpose

Looking to accomplish the following: 1. Alter a parking ticket for gag purposes - copy is ready, just need to change copy within ticket, which is also available 2. Simple illustration highlighting 'ticketable' offense (ideas are ready - only one would need illustrating) 3. Set up web page with above illustration on home page & 2 links - one with the ticket & instructions, and one with user ability to upload photos of 'ticketable' offense, or a link to a site where somebody could do that 4. Use website platform that is 'easy' for novice to add additional links to website in future 5. Link site to photo uploading site if necessary where people will post photos ***domain name & twitter name available & ready**** ***all copy will be provided, as well as plenty of design input if wanted*** ***Must be live & ready before Christmas*** ***Person doing this project must have a sense of humor, any sense of humor, but some sense*** Thank you for your interest.
