Flash Movie

Hi I looking for someone to create a "linear" (straight line) version of the spinning hour glass in windows 10 as a flash movie. You will notice the default hour glass looks like a spinning doughnut. I need this spinning action in two colours but with the motion of linear cycling of the white portion. best described in attachment The flash video will comprise of a long rectangular black background with a solid white comet type rectangular shape with tail to travel from left to right ( repeat cycle without pause) each cycle is 1 Second (from left to right) I need 2nd video with same concept but the cycle time is 2 seconds Comet should appear on left as it is disappearing on right side ( so there is no pause or interruption in its motion.
