Business Problem Statement: To build a robust website with easier navigation and user friendly interface to enable greater traction. Currently, the flow of events allows only providing online consultation by filling up the history based forms. We would like the website to have some added features that enable an end to end solution and also allow a two-way interface for better interaction. A website and app that is more interactive so that the customer feels satisfied with the solution provided. Current Business Process: The user logs in using either the single click login or enters the user ID and password of their choice to access their data/ information. After they login they are directed to the ‘shop’ to select the appropriate consultation package. On adding the service to the cart and making the payment on checkout an email is sent confirming the payment and a link to access the history based forms, post filling which the information is sent to the doctor to which he / she responds in the stipulated time. The consultation is then emailed to the patient (customer) on which he can further act. Scope: Creating a web engagement program for the end consumer by building a website/ app for the customer as well as 2 apps at the clinic. The website and customer facing app shall entail functions such as:
