Design Website for Japanese Sushi Bar Restaurant

Need a web designer to design a website for a Japanese Sushi bar and hibachi restaurant. We already have logo. However, you will need to design the logo that similar to ours for the website. The website should use the following languages and technologies: HTML5, CSS, Java Script, PHP (if must), and mobile device friendly. The website should contain the following pages:
· Home – For picture slide show special dishes and about us with good presentation. Use graphic design pictures with java script for slide show (no Flash please)
· Menu – Display 6 subpages of our menu with move back and forward buttons. Use java script of Ajax. Like < 1 2 3 4 5 6 >
· Our Special – Display our current promotion coupon if there is any
· About Us – Display our chief information and our mission statement
· Contact – Show our address, phone number, google map points to our location, and operating hours
Your proposal must include a mockup design or portfolio that has restaurant designs for consideration. Winning bidder must deliver clean codes and all source files (including all image design files like Photoshop or illustrator files, etc.)
You can find 6 pictures of the menu pages in the attachment. I will send logo picture to the winning bidder later. The logo contains some Chinese characters. You might to work with Chinese character if design new logo.
Payment will be divided into 3 phrases:
· 30% payment will be sent after receive FIRST acceptable design
· 30% payment will be sent before the FINAL touch up of the design
· 40% payment will be send at the time of delivery
