D-Day -4 Mock-up

I'm looking for someone with enough coding experience to create a little basic mock-up of how a basic training sequence would run on my website zeroarmy.org. Basically, the start by entering a passcode (AKA: a Cipher) which just gets them to the next webpage where we would use the same basic code to ask to type in a countersign to get to the next webpage - its very basic but I'm stuck on the coding. I have some coding experience and I had a script that I used before but I lost it some place. If the donors like my mock-up, then I should be able to secure enough funding to create a full-scale membership site with logins, etc and I'll probably hire you. Let me know, thank! -Simon
