Create and upload a series of HTML email auto-response templates within a Vacation Rental software (Ciirus)

We are a villa rental company in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico. We need a series of email templates - they are auto-responders with info tokens that distribute to guests, homeowners, employees; alerting them to confirmed bookings, jobs assigned, "trip is right around the corner..." The emails need to exude luxury, while maintaining simplicity; so they are easy to read. They must be less than 250k each. I will provide the content and some images, you provide design, layout and finished product that is tested on multiple mediums and mobile-friendly.
