Create a landing page variant using the SaaS Unbounce

WHO I'M LOOKING FOR: I need a skilled graphic designer who has experience with landing pages to build me an email opt-in page using the web app Unbounce. It should be noted that I have no interest hiring a developer or coding specialist....even one who might dabble with design. I want a formally trained designer here who can create beautiful pages. I can take care of the technical backend details. I prefer a designer who knows about conversion because what looks pretty and what actually converts are often 2 separate things. Skillwise, I'm looking for a designer who can think creatively for themselves instead of producing "plug and chug" production-level work. Equally important, I need a designer who speaks fluent english and who can communicate with me in real time as the page is coming together.....emailing back and forth rarely produces good results in a timely fashion, at least until the designer has worked with us for a number of years. I prefer designers who are excellent at typography on their pages, rather than just picking standard web fonts. THE PROJECT: what you will be creating for me today are two alternate landing page variations that we want to test against our current benchmark page that is already built. These will be similar in style to our existing page but with updated headlines graphics and testimonials. All the copy is written and the images and testimonials will be supplied for you. It's important that the person hired for this project be available during my work hours which are Pacific standard Time up till around 8 PM because you will need real time guidance as you work on the page for it to be successful. Communication is key and if you are not a great communicator or prefer to work strictly through email and not through real-time chat or voice communication then please do not apply. TIME ESTIMATES & DEADLINE: Approximate time to completion (assuming competency with Unbounce): 2 hours designing & 1 hr revisioning.
