Create Email Promotions for Florist

I’m looking for a graphic artist to design a set of very simple, professional email marketing messages for my small florist business. Basically, I want to send two emails for each major holiday to a small list of my customers. Each email should be unique and must have a header image, simple body content and a footer. The header images must be appropriate to the holiday. I would like all of the images to come from DollarPhotoClub, since I have a membership there. The style should be simple and clean. The body content must be simple, professional, and focus only on this core marketing message: we value you as a person, we value your business, and we hope everything is going well in your life. The goal of the body content is not to sell products or services, but to remind them that we care. The footer must be simple and should be the same for all emails. Just our logo with company name. In your designs, you can leave a placeholder for the logo and company name, since we’re still deciding on both of these. The holidays I want to send emails for are: • New Year’s Day (Jan 1) • Valentine’s Day (one week before) (Feb 7) • Valentine’s Day (Feb 14) • St. Patrick’s Day (one week before) (Mar 10) • St. Patrick’s Day (Mar 17) • (Religious) Easter (Apr 5) • Earth Day (Apr 22) • Mother’s Day (one week before) (May 3) • Mother’s Day (May 10) • Graduation Day (June Various) • Independence Day (United States) (Jul 4) • Labor Day (Sep 7) • Grandparents Day (Sep 13) • (Religious) Rosh Hashanah (Jewish New Year) (Sep 14) • Sweetest Day (Oct 17) • Halloween (Oct 31) • Election Day (Nov 3) • Veterans Day (Nov 11) • (Religious) Diwali (Nov 11) • Thanksgiving Day (one week before) (Nov 26) • Thanksgiving Day (Nov 26) • (Religious) Hanukkah (Dec 7) • Christmas (one week before) (Dec 25) • Christmas (Dec 25) • (Religious) Kwanzaa (Dec 26) I do not have a large budget for this project, but the work should be easy for someone who knows what they’re doing. This is work-for-hire, which means that I must own the copyright to all work upon delivery. The only thing I would not own the copyright to is the images until I purchase the rights to them.
