Coffee packaging labels project

About the Product and Brand Our primary product is coffee. What makes our coffee different is that: 1. It is of the highest quality; 2. It is solar dried (not dried using wood burning) therefore environmentally friendly; 3. It is Fair Trade, so a standardized minimum price for the coffee is always received by the farmers; 4. It is USDA Organic; 5. It is roasted in Honduras so Honduran farmers receive a better profit margin; 6. Our coffee ships to the USA in less than 10 days so it arrives in perfect condition for consumption. Project Scope – Product Labeling Design •We would like to engage with a designer with experience in designing coffee package labels that are USA FDA compliant. •We require the creation of front and back labels for our coffee packaging, such that once completed, we can send this to our label printing partner. •When we submit the final submission to our label printing partner, if in case they require some tweaks or amendments to be made to finalize the design, then we would also require the designer to be available to make these final amendments for us for the final submission, inclusive in the final price. •We would like an image for each design similar to section 2.3 (in the brief), for our website. Please see attached our branding manual and files to assist you with designing our packaging. We have also attached the PBI requirements file (PBI are our label printers) to which the design must be compliant. As part of your proposal, please could you provide: • The proposed timelines for completion • The project development process • Breakdown of the costs where possible • Confirmation that you will be available to make final tweaks to the design after we submit to the printer inclusive of the price Please see attachments for your reference.
