Build Wordpress Website from PSD Draft

I have created a website mockup in Photoshop. I would like this created as a Wordpress template.
Things to Note:
1.) This is a single page website, with exception to the blog
2.) I would like the Artist/DJ section to be a scrolling area (left to right). Upon clicking of the DJ/artist it will open a Light Box with more info on the Artist/DJ. It will include info such as:
a.) Photo
b.) Bio
c.) Soundcloud Link & Audio Playlist
d.) Social Media Links
e.) Beatport Link
3.) The submission form should allow for a mobile user to take a photo and attach in submission form. The user will be allowed to create a profile and will have a database of their own submitted art. Not sure if there is some wordpress plugin that will allow me to track any submissions.
4.) Will need a blog/PR section
5.) MUST BE SEO OPTIMIZED IN CODING - Will need to go thru an SEO analysis tool of some sort to show what has been done
6.) Will need to integrate some type of newsletter form/program in the bottom footer (mail chimp, constant contact, etc.)
7.) A recommendation for an ecommerce solution to use with wordpress. (zencart vs open commerce vs magento)
