Build a Website

Simple secure website. Home Page = Logo and nice background image,, disclaimer, etc. It should have a secure login. I should have a control panel as an administrator to grant and allocate logins and passwords. No registration page! Administrator managed. Once logged in - Next page will be a video page (I will provide an explainio video) Once the video completes- a pop up should come up with 2 options - register my details or I will come back later When they click on register details it shoudl bring up a 1 page contract page which can be digitally signed. Once signed the registration page / form page can be filled in. One of the options on the form page would be to select an exclusivity option - which if selected will bring up another 1 page contract that can be digitally signed. The registration form page when complete will be emailed with the 2 digitally signed contracts to an email address. There should be a status tracking page as well. Its not a complex website with lots of graphic design. It is a functional website more for forms and to automate an application process and the video is the sales pitch. Also everything should be prevented from being copied or downloaded.
