Build a web hosting website

I am starting my own web hosting website (I am a reseller). I started to develop the website using WordPress, but due to time limitation I want to out source my project. Therefore I need a good developer to do the following. I want the website to do the following functions and steps. 1. User clicks on Services tab 2. User Chooses a package 3. User gets to choose a domain name (and see if its available) or user existing domain name (using eNom) 4. User then fills a form (name email address etc…) 5. User sees the total price at the bottom and chooses the payment type 6. User pays, and then receives an email that takes him/her to the cPanel Moreover, I want the following 1. I want to link my packages to the ClientExec (billing service) 2. I want the packages to have the limits it says it have (for example only 200GB of Disk space) 3. I want users to be able to buy domains from my website. Or transfer their purchased domains to my website. 4. I want to get notified when a specific number of orders has been met. 5. If a user cancels a package he has the option to submit a reason. 6. Include a “About us” and “Our mission” pages. 7. Finally I want a simple logo to be created and added to the page header. I want the logo to be sent to me in different formats. Including PDF. The theme is already purchased, I need everything to be applied to my theme. {Please do not play with the code of the theme. I want to be able to edit the theme in the near future}. I will provide a web hosting page and I want my page to be similar as it. Note: This project looks long but its actually not. The main work is at the packages section and linking the packages to other apps. Please read carefully before sending anything.
