Build a web app with python (Flask or Quart)

We’d like to outsource our web app project to freelancers– a platform to match companies seeking investment funds and investors (full details will be given after the project is rewarded) 1. Technical requirements: - Good UI design, i.e. able to design UI based on given functional requirements and willing to make changes from our requests - Back-end technology: Quart (preferable) or Flask - Front-end technology: anything of your choice - Database: Mysql or mariadb - Familiar with Gitlab because all source code will be pushed to our Gitlab - Understand and able to implement Multilanguage site - Solid understanding of NoSQL technologies, search system, web security, deployment, SEO 2. Deadline: we expect about 2.5 - 3 months for the entire project but you can propose your desired schedule. 3. Due to the high number of bidders, you need to participate in the following assessment to qualify for the bid: Please sketch and send us UI design screenshots of these pages by next Saturday, 20/04: index page, companies home page, investors home page, The page for companies to post their projects, sign up and login pages. (after the project is awarded, you can use these designs) Requirements: elegant, beautiful but simple-looking, central color is red We WILL NOT AWARD ANYONE until we pick bidder with the most beautiful design. This is to assess your UI design skill because you will have to design UI for the entire project. DO NOT BID IF YOU ARE NOT WILLING TO PARTICIPATE IN THE ASSESSMENT Payment will be made equally at each milestone, last payment will be made right after deployment.
