I am looking for someone to design a glossary site for our new business initiative. The glossary will be free-to-use for industry-specific terms, on a separate, dedicated website. We are building the content and branding at the moment, so you would just need to create the structure with placeholders that we can progressively add to. Terms will be on their own page, which can be accessed either by browsing through an A-Z list or using a robust search tool. However most users will initially find the site while searching for the term via a general search engine, so SEO should be structured to enable each term to organically rank highly. Maximizing ad revenue is critical, as the site needs to cover its own costs, so we are looking for AdSense integration and for a design which maximises opportunities for revenue. We also have a principal sponsor, so we will need to maximize their exposure and backlinking. To summarize our key requirements: - Clear, easy-to-use design - Strong search functionality - Webform for user feedback - Optimized so our definitions organically rank highly on google - Organized to maximize exposure and backlinking for our principal sponsor - Maximizes ad revenue Attached is a very rough outline so you can understand what we are thinking. We are very open to your expertise and clever ideas.
