We love our country-India. I gone through the document about the all the details. First of all, we are gonna use Laravel Framework instead of Cake PHP since Laravel is powerful and Bootstrap framework for front-end to give app like look when browsed in mobiles. Secondly, I recommend using GCloud-Google Cloud since cloud provides flexibility, you can upgrade or downgrade server whenever you need as per budget.
