Build an application from stretch , Android

Hello I always wanted to make an application for this, this is a hobby app that i want to do for myself and everyone that finds it intresting. I want you to make an app for me with that tells if the market is good or bad. It takes data from Yahoo finance on OMXS30 and take average 120 days (all 120 days value / 120) and average 30 days (all 30 days value / 30). If the 30 average is higher than 120 days, the market is good and should be writen BULL with blue text, if the 120 days average is higher then 30 days average, it's BEAR with red text, i also want an graph on 1 year like the jpeg design. se my design on JPG file in paint that i drew. I want bull or Bear to see on every page above like the Jpeg and also todays OMXS30 % below Bull or Bear. About text should be the first text in the word document why i made the application. the third page and last is the most complicated. Here i want all the companys on OMXS30 (30 biggest compnay with stock in sweden. I want you to the left write the company, how much the value is today in second colume, third colume the % up or down today, fourth colume i want you to do some programming on data. Here if want you to take the value in 90 last days on Yahoo finance and take in consideracion what the stock is placed in price last 3 months, if the stock can be buyied today at 180 swedish kronor and the highest value is 180 in these 3 month, the stock should be writen 100% and in firht colume writen "resistance" in red text. Resistance should be writen to 80 % then "neutral" if it's between 80-30% and yellow text on neutral. If the stock is in 180 swedish kronor and the lowest value is 180 there should be writen 0% and writen in the fifth colume "support" in green text. All data is on yahoo finance that you could collect. The OMXS30 analys page i want an option on that everyone have to buy for a very small price.
