Require auto/tempo/vehicle's customer management for vehicle sale/service
Some of main features
• Customers Details/Database
• Due Date chart creation automatic with Days and KM (ref file attached)
• Set Alert of due date to customers as set by admin (for ex: daily 1 txt massage / whatsapp before 5 days of service due date)
• Service done massage/ whatsapp
• After Service done then show next service due date and send 1 massage /whatsapp with date
• Create one tab to send promotional or any activity(offers/events/informational etc) massage/whatsapp with option of all customers or selected customers any.
• Payment Due Management
o Customer/Party Details (name,add,mobile1,mobile2)
o Granter Details (name, add, mobile)
o Vehicle/service, date of sale/service
o amount due, due date, interest(%), total amount, total amount with interest
o Show colour code according to due date expired, recent, overdue, not responding etc..
• Show dashboard with quick view link like total customers, sales/services (march), service due (march), total service due, total customers due (whose amount is due) etc
• Show customer/party information (name, mobile, next service due date, amount dues etc) in dashboard after above quick box with link to go details in particular customer
• SMS/Whatsapp integration places as required (ref: attached)
