You're perfect for us if you love to be really creative, making beautiful, original designs and paying attention to the details, typography, and negative/white space too. Projects typically involve designing from scratch (creative brief is typically provided to you) or updating existing projects. They include logo, literature, website, infographics and other graphic design. You need to follow a creative process: - Absorb the creative brief. Imagine the best way to tell the story that connects emotionally with the target audience. Brainstorm on the design and how to give visual importance to key content, and so on. - Design the piece. Follow solid design principles when it comes to eye flow, typography, branding, etc. - Have your own extremely solid quality control process in place to ensure accurate, consistent and complete work. There may be a couple of projects to work on at a time, and then no projects for a month or more. It's always changing, and I need to know that you'll be there to respond quickly. You should have experience working on contract and be in it for the long-run - I'd like to work with you for years. You should use Macintosh Adobe CC. NDA and confidentiality is mandatory.
