Hello,
I need someone to create/animate a small vector based flash movie. The animation time length should be between 30 and 40 seconds. I need clean, smooth transitioning from one frame idea to the next and am open to small effect suggestions. There are 13 steps or transitions. A story board has been created and all the vector based art is available in one CS6 illustrator file.
