render farm outsource required

Hi, we would like to find a provider with render farm facilities and high internet bandwidth. We would like to set up a local render farm service but with the resource backend to be your facility. E.g. we could do a online web service that has all our local branding, but upon ftp submission, it'll be sent to your server. we would possibly buy some bulk frame, e.g. 50,000 frames. And we would markup and resell to our clients. Upon completion of render, we will receive information on where to download the end files, which we can then fwd to the client. pls bid your fees in terms of per frame rendered. GAF has preset budget range, so feel free to propose alternative charges. also provide your render farm specs and software supported, and plugins supported. thanks
