Website backend upgrades needed

So I have an outdated OScommerce platform website. I want to bring it up to date while added new features. Some of the features I'll be having you add will be: - during item creation, allowing new keyword rich pages to be created or updated - integrating a ticket selling html so that live concert tickets can be offered - Only one or two pages will need to be actually designed. I'll keep my original web design for graphics/images. - Add item upgrade features to listings - add a MAKE AN OFFER option for pricing - Add a mouse over option for the image to enlarge it - Add an A - Z banner to click on letters to pull up associated products - Create a smart search that starts filling in names as you type them - Create holiday banners to be automated and added during those times of years - Update our emailer to be user friendly - create a consignment database so when I add a new item I can send a url to the consignor to track their items to see what sales have been made - update the banners/images on our facebook, twitter, and youtube page - create and import fan page information for each appropriate item - create a link exchange feature
