RTS Video Chats system like OMEGLE

About the website: Like the title says its a site like omegle/ chat roulette with a few more feature. The only addition is that you have a very very very basic social network. When you chat with someone you can choose to add them as a friend. People can only see your profile if their friends with you(this is important, its all private nothing is public). A profile is very basic: it contains a profile picture, photo albums and Information about them selves. When you are someones friend you can send each other messages, view profile and do chat on demand. The site itself is very small, It only has 4 full pages. A homepage for non members. A homepage for members. The chatting page. And the profile of a person. I expect all of these to be rendered in a beautiful design. I am looking for RTS Based Chat System. I will give examples of what I imagine them to look like. Its really not much, but I expect this to be done professionally. If you do not have prior experience in working in ActionScript Or Flash Projects please refrain. Bids with out examples shall be ignored as well. Having flash is NOT a must.
