Make paid subscription portions on my site, implement my google adsense

I have a website that was built in the Go Daddy website builder. I need to create paid memberships for certain parts of my site. The website is already built, I need it for this website specifically. To add paid subscription there need membership and control via login. If you have already payment module or similar then good, Adsense is easy to implement if you have already. What is your site please?
