E cart changes

Hey I need a programmer that have fair for CSS PHP javascript . I have small changes to current ecart. This is what is needed to be done. IF you are not sure how to create the changes please don't send me a massage. This is an IOS and andriod based website and it must be tested in that. A) A plus + image and a minus image need to be added as show in [login to view URL] image. Delete the "SLET" in \iscroll-master\demos\scrollbars\[login to view URL] B) The \iscroll-master\demos\scrollbars\[login to view URL] file needs to be able to scroll on screen. C) When clicking on "Afslut ordre" in [login to view URL] The form is not displaying right. Needs to be fill the screen as a normal form with item information's below D) There are some white border when viewing it in Ipad 2 that needs to be removed I need this to be complete asap. Thanks
