Need Beautiful Icons For Web Project Quickly!

There are two projects for this posting that are VERY closely related - The bid for the posting is for BOTH of the icons sets that we need within 48 hours.
The icons we need will be used on our virtual tour/online real estate listing pages and will represent additional options that are available for the listing. We would like two themes to go with some CSS files that we are currenly working on. This project will require someone with good graphic design skills and excellent taste in picking out icons that match their function (for example, the mortgage calculator icon should probably be a mortgage calculator). The icons DO NOT have to be made from scatch - These can be stock icons as long as they are from the same collection and they all MATCH eachother.
We are looking for TWO (2) sets of icons!
The requirements (with samples) for the FIRST set of 15 icons is located in the attached file "iconset1.gif"
The requirements (with samples) for the SECOND set of 15 icons is located in the attached file "iconset2.gif"
Time frame - We need this project completed within 48 hours! - Do not bid on this project if you can not work with that time frame.
ICON REQUIREMENTS:
The icons MUST all MATCH each other in terms of the style as they will all be displayed on the same page.
There must be 15 different icons (some samples of what we are looking for are below)
The icons must be at least 64x64 (preferably vector icons)
The icons must in in photoshop (.PSD) format on a TRANSPARRENT background.
THEME/PROJECT # 1 PLEASE SEE ATTACHED [url removed, login to view] - This theme is to be a single neutral color as the sample below but with the glossy/glass look as the sample below.
THEME/PROJECT # 1 PLEASE SEE ATTACHED [url removed, login to view] - This theme/icon set should be colorful 3d/vista style icons.

The sample below contains a few of the features or the icons and i really like these icon (remember we need these to be on a transparrent background so that we can create our own color schemes like the one below) - However, do NOT copy or cut out the icons below - This sample if from one of our competitors and we do not want to have the exact same thing as them - The icons we need should be at least as appealing as the sample if not even better!
The person that we will choose for this project must be experienced in web graphics and or web icons. Please provide us with samples of your icons that you think we are looking for when you place your bid. Generic responses to this project will be ignorred and disqualified.
After we select the graphic designed for this project we would like the opportunity to choose between two samples for EACH icon set and choose the sets we like the most - Next, we will pay and expect the completed project.
