Logo for embroidery on a hat

Hello, I have a group of men/woman couples headed to Maine for a weekend of fun, lobster and beer. They are all part of a business networking group called University Club. I'm attaching their logo. They would like to embroider hats with a logo that incorporates the U-Club logo (attached) and something representative of the state of Maine. They have mentioned lobsters and sent some lobster ideas to me as inspiration. I would also like to show them a couple different ideas. This logo would go on the front. The back of the hat would have Wicked Lobster Party 2013. However, if you found a way to incorporate this phrase into the front with a fun design, we could do the U-Club logo on the back. The U-Club logo doesn't necessarily have to have the text "University Club". This is a small project for about 100 hats so budget is limited. Looking really for creativity. I'm also adding a screenshot of a t-shirt that they liked in terms of style...what is needed for this project needs to be a bit simpler as it is going on a hat (limited real estate) versus a t-shirt. thanks!
