Flash/FMS videochat

We require experienced Flash developer with FMS experience. We need to develop Flash (swf files) and FMS (ASC server scripts) part of the adult videochat website application in ActionScript 3. The main features: – boradcasting video of performers – streaming video to users – text chat feature – multiple chat session types – paid video (pay-per-view, store and stream video on FMS) – recording of live session – charging users for vieweing performer's sream (pay-per-view, periodical call to PHP) – authenticating users and performers against PHP scripts – quality video encoding – cam 2 cam live chat: user is allowed to broadcast himself to the performer – performer tipping (user can give a tip to performer – PHP script call) – chat emoticons – audio notices to performer (end of paid session, tip received) – invisible chat supervision For more details see attached specification.
