Create a template page for me that is fully functional in dreamweaver

Aloha, I have a web site that is dedicated to comic book collecting(Spider-Man and Black Panther). Site was in Adobe Flash for years. I recently had it upgraded but there are pages to be transferred over to the new version that are giving me the hardest time. It should be a simple cut and past from the old to the new but the new pages always come out screwy in some way.

I would like there to be a transparent background in all of the [login to view URL] one shows this. But if you go to the bottom of that page you will see that something is off (triple image). I need a fully functional template page
