ActionScript Assist

Having difficulty debugging a simple ActionSript transition in Flash MX. Creating an image flipper that fades from one image to another from externally loaded JPEG images.

All works fine except for when our transition is at mid sequence (when bottom image is loaded in top container and next image is loaded in bottom container to repeat the cycle. At this moment, there is a brief delay when BOTH images disappear completely.

Please refer to the attached files before bidding. You must have a good understanding of ActionScript (no motion tweens are used in this project). The text file is the ActionScript currently being used and the other file is the SWF file (must have standalone flash player to open) for viewing the display problem.

This project should not require a rewrite since 99% of the code works exactly how we want it to. Therefore this project has a very small budget but a chance for great GAF ratings :)

Help us correct this issue and you will be considerred before other freelancers in upcoming projects.

Here is a source file. Removed all unnecessary code and objects.
