Single Product Website - European Hunting Apparel

We need to have a simple website setup to sell just one model of functional hunting jacket and trousers. The attached photos are the actual product. Initially we need a single magazine page which could be used as a full page magazine ad, could be handed out directly to customers, could be printed out as a poster to put in a shop, or could even be sent by email to potential customers of the product. This page should draw attention to itself and inspire/entice customers to buy this product even if they were not specifically looking for this product at this time and even if they do not know this brand. On this page, there must be a very well written product description outlining the benefits of this product. Every feature of these garments must be presented in a way to show how they will benefit the consumer. In order to prepare this you MUST have a clear understanding of how this product is used by hunters and you MUST understand the mentality of hunters in Northern Europe (mainly Scandinavia). The hunting market in Europe is a specialised market and if the text is not prepared by an experienced European hunter or hunting apparel text writer, the consumer will feel that and not be interested in the product. You must be able to "speak their language". The next step would be to design a website to sell this product. Of course there is some relation between the presentation on the single page above and the website. There must be a Scandinavian "feel" to this website. We have no preconceived idea of the layout, number of pages needed, whether flash needs to be incorporated, etc. We leave this to the freelancer to propose. Our main criteria and interest is that the website must be user friendly (uncomplicated) for the consumer and EFFECTIVE in presenting and selling this one product. Potential consumers (Northern European hunters) should be able to go to the website and be encouraged and motivated to immediately buy this product on-line via a form on this website. (They must buy as a set but can choose independently the jacket size and the trouser size. The product is only available in green colour.) Besides the product description, there should be somewhere on this website a page which holds a review (written by you) of the product. This could look like either an independent 3rd party review (perhaps a magazine article format) of the product or alternatively a formal looking press release from the company itself. Apart from direct selling to the consumer, there should also be a possibility for resellers to be able to register via a form (where they should provide some evidence that they actually are resellers). Once they have registered and been approved they can login and buy the product at the wholesale price (which would only be disclosed once they have logged in). Regardless of whether a visitor buys or not, they should be encouraged to fill out a form with their contact information (so that we can build a customer database / mailing list). There must be automatic email sent to anyone who has submitted a form (either purchase, mailing list register or reseller register). We will need a banner created which can be used on other websites to draw traffic. It is basically one design but in four versions as follows; animated full banner (480 x 60) and animated half banner (234 x 60) plus full banner and half banner in static version. The banner is intended to draw attention to the product itself (as opposed to the company name). A viewer should find the product presentation on this banner interesting enough to click through to our website regardless of whether they recognise the brand or not. In order to be considered for this project I will need to see a simple mockup of the magazine single page as I have mentioned at the start. The mockup must include enough descriptive text for evaluation so I can achieve a degree of comfort that you understand European hunting and hunting apparel. I will also be looking to see if the mockup has the Scandinavian "feel" needed to entice the Northern European hunting consumer.
