Simple Flash animation/ html cleanup

I have a website based on a monster template. I want to add an animated header image like this site... [url removed, login to view] I'll provide the images.

Also, as most are - the monster template relies extensively on tables.. I need someone who really knows their way around nested table to make very basic alignment fixes to my template.

When the flash animation is done I want all the original flash files.

Just a clarification- the budget price is for the project not hourly.
