Need Editing of Flash Template & numerous possible designs!

We are a US based firm (actually I am branching off and forming a new company with a number of partners who have MBA's) that provides web design services along with business development services for companies around the world. We would like to oursource our web development and are looking for a designer to edit a flash template that we will possibly purchase for our website. If anyone can do a spectacular flash site with the same kind of flare as sites on templatemonster, we would be interested. But currently we are interested in someone who can edit templates for a good price. Please bid on this portion. The next portion is we are looking for an outsourced web design firm that can design our websites for us. First, we would be looking for someone to design a number of unique one page sites (just the first page, as we would take that page and design the site based on it). These will be used on current domains we own to use as a portfolio. We would like approx. 6 unique designs tailored to each site so we can use in the portfolio on our new site. Please bid on this portion. The last portion is a graphic design portion, which includes the need for someone who can design logo's, brochures and sales collateral based on ideas and branding strategies that we come up with. We would obviously like to find a firm/freelancer who can do all of the above very well. We are looking to form a long term relationship for upcoming work we see in the future. Why do we need a freelancer/freelancers? We are basically swamped with work from business development including branding and advertising for clients. We would like to outsource the design process at a good rate to us for it to be cost effective.
