By way of Introduction, my name is Samir Elamin and I am a Senior Manager at Onyx Financial Consulting. We are assisting a Client with a Goesynthetics project in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Objectives Prior to undertaking final decision, the Client wishes to assess the market and financial viability of Project. In order for us to undertake the assess the market and financial viability, of the Project, we need assistance from a technical consultant, to act as Subject Matter Expert, and provide input of critical elements of the study and to provide us with the capital costs and other costs for the Project. Scope of work for the Subject Matter Expert They key requirements that are needed from the technical consultant, can be summarized as follows: Comment on the production process for factory in order to confirm our understanding of the process and assess the inputs, outputs and cycle. Comment on the capital expenditure required in order to achieve the level of production capacity. Input on the operating costs associated with the Project. This includes fixed costs, variable costs, and project overheads. Provide any market information available and/or sources for market research related to the production, as available. Review all assumptions used on the financial model, from a technical standpoint, before submission to the Client.
