Consummo Seychelles, LLC, is seeking someone to secure debt, equity or a combination of both for our funding needs, with the intent to secure funds by 1 March 2019 or sooner. The amount needed is USD 3.5 million with an estimated 56% IRR and 1.88x equity multiple (2-year exit/payoff). To date, efforts to secure funding has been difficult due to our project size being too small (USD 3.5 million) and the location (Seychelles). We need someone who can creatively think about our funding needs, how best to structure our capital stack and then execute on that.
