Design an adventure touring motorcycle jacket

I ride motorcycles to difficult and out-of-the-way places---think Ewan McGregor and Charley Boorman's Long Way Round. Adventuring touring motorcycle jackets tend to be heavy, restrictive and uncomfortable. Some are waterproof, but they don't breath well. Some breath well, but they are not waterproof. I have an idea for an adventure touring motorcycle jacket using a water-proof cotton material. Impact zones---shoulders, elbows, back---will: 1. be externally reinforced with abrasion-resistant patches directly glued to the surface of the cotton; 2. contain internal pockets to hold off-the-shelf motorcycle armour. I am looking for a person to design and manufacture a prototype jacket. Necessary skills include: 1. tailoring 2. knowledge of technical fabrics including abrasion resistant materials, seam sealing, waterproofing; 3. ability to produce designs in multiple sizes.
