Run Paid Social projects for customers for start up tech company

I’m looking for a freelancer who can run paid social campaigns for a start-up tech company, for our customers. Your main focus will be on B2C Facebook and Instagram. Customers are typically local authorities and developers looking to engage with local communities on planned developments and encourage feedback through our survey/map tool. You will be required to build creative, schedule, optimise and analyse campaigns in Meta. It would be great if the freelancer has experience working in tech start-ups, and bonus points for any experience in built environment or local authority, as this would give us a great perspective on how to best target our audience.
