Portuguese / English social media campaign

We are looking for an expert social media marketer to launch our recruitment agency skyward. We're initially after someone to work for a month or two, however a long term partnership may be available for a highly skilled and experienced freelance social media marketer to plan, launch and manage our campaign online. Content will need to be in both English and Portuguese. We are a newly established company recruiting Portuguese nurses for jobs in the National Health Service in the UK. We will provide dedicated support throughout the transition and both our directors have moved from Portugal to England so we want to emphasise that we will provide personalised support and have staff working in Portugal. Our aim is to provide careers with care and compassion for nursing staff looking to move from Portugal to England. We have a basic facebook and twitter page but essentially, the company needs someone to build our network to reach a national audience of potential candidates. We believe the opportunity to launch a campaign from scratch will provide the opportunity for an expert in their field to explore both established and creative methods to achieve our aims of expanding as rapidly as possible. This campaign requires a highly skilled and experienced social media marketeer. We are only interested in freelancers who have a proven track record of successful, large scale projects and are highly organised at both the planning and implementation level. Proposals MUST include: 1) A detailed strategy - including how each phase will be structured, such as initial planning, research, launch, growth etc. 2) implementation - how and by what methods you will be successful. How you can maximise our campaign by using better methods than smaller scale projects 3) Provide initial targets that are ambitious but also realistic We specialise in recruitment and have decided to seek specialist assistance for our marketing campaign. Therefore, you should be able to provide recommendations not that we have not thought of as we are not the experts, you are!
