Manage PPC and SMM for Jetkrate

We're looking for a skilled Digital Marketing Manager that can manage our Facebook and Google Ads campaigns. The freelancer will be responsible for managing existing campaigns, A/B testing, continuous improvement of existing campaigns based on learnings and creating new campaigns on a monthly basis. Please note, our Facebook and Google Ads accounts are already setup with pixels integrated and conversions being reported. If this work is carried out well, there will be repeat monthly work moving forwards. Ads Management - Responsible for managing ads on Facebook/Instagram, Google Ads. This may also later expand to include LinkedIn, Snapchat and Tiktok – but at the moment it is limited to just Facebook/IG and Google. - We have 9 focus countries. For Facebook Ads, typically we create 9 separate campaigns using the same content, but customising each campaign so that it is relevant to the country being targeted. - We have advertise 3 different areas of the business – our New Zealand warehouse, our United Kingdom warehouse and our Jetkrate Store. Each area of the business requires 9 separate campaigns to be created – using the same content for that business area. For example, in the month of December, we ran 27 campaigns across the 3 business areas. Each business area used different content – so there were 3 different types of content and captions, customized for each country being targeted. - Our current ad spend on Facebook is $1500 NZD / month. - For Google Ads we have identified key words that have low competition and high search volume. We target these key words and drive traffic to each area of business with separate campaigns. - Our current ads spend on Google Ads is $500 NZD / month. - Our graphics designer person will provide content on a regular basis to you for use in new campaigns you create. Campaigns for the next month will be created in advance and be ready to go live for the upcoming month. - Campaigns will need to be cycled as they get old and reach the end of their life. - You will need to do regular A/B testing to find what works best and constantly work to optimise. Social Media Management - Content will be provided to you by our graphics person on a monthly basis. - Scheduling 15x organic posts, cross platform across Facebook, IG, Snapchat, Twitter, Linkedin, Tiktok. You may use an auto scheduler if you wish to. - Captions will be provided by Jetkrate admin person. - All posts for the next month will be prepared one month in advance on Trello. This will be submitted to Jetkrate Directors for approval in advance. - Research and usage of top trending hashtags, suitable for our posts. As we see paid conversions improve in performance, we will increase our ads spend on both Facebook and Google. We will also award you a performance payment on top of your monthly payment where there has been an improvement in paid conversions by more than 10% month on month.
