Please evaluate Excel to Tally in SourceForge. If the free version does not solve your requirement then your can look into some customization I have built. Most important they can be adopted to add more columns by tweaking XML configuration.

You need to Give the Excel in the Compatible Format and Data would get Posted in Tally. We would Need Tally Data for Creating Application.
