Saba learning management system (LMS) project implementation assistance

Immediate need for full-time assistance in Toronto core area working on our team to finish the configuration of Saba LMS for a December 18th activation. Need assistance with: • Creating/Modifying/Importing Advanced Excel Templates • Includes: o Bulk import of eLearning Content o Bulk import of courses (course level) o Bulk import of • Creation of over ~250 prerequisite eLearning courses • Creation of over ~250 curriculums • Creation of over ~250 assessments • Creation of LMS Prescriptive Rules (this is used to trigger the assignment of curriculums to audience in the system) • Mapping curriculums to end users (8000+) using Excel Templates • Continuous testing and making updates or edits Job Skills/Experience Requirements: • Computer applications and systems experience required • Extensive experience working with a cloud based Learning Management System Environments strongly preferred • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, Excel experience required • Knowledge of HTML and JavaScript preferred Qualities Requested: • Effective Communicator Required • Interpersonal Skills Required • Excellent analytical skills to analyze data and information required • Excellent critical thinking, judgment and problem-solving skills required • Able to handle detail oriented work while meeting schedules and deadlines required Time Requested: Start immediately, full time. Focus initially on LMS configuration. We anticipate that we are going to have to triage a lot of emails once registration opens, it would be helpful to have this person stay on for the full month of December as this person can help update, add, edit courses/classes and trouble shoot any errors.
