Operation and Human Resourse reporting -- Urgent

Forecast Model for Schedule and Manpower that will perform the following task. Model seperate scenarios each scenario will have need to predict what extra manpower is needed based on future demand. Model will need to provide 4 seperate displines for manpower. Construction, lamination, mechnical/electeical and Paint Model well need to provide discreet Manufaturing build that includes various phases each having its own duration. Need to be able to calcualte duration based on hours per station. Model will need to provide a ganntt chart and Demonstrate Clear and accurate information for exectuive leadership.
