Integrity Builders and Supply is a small agricultural construction company in Iowa. I have a tool inventory workbook where I would like to be able to pull data, by location (currently column f) from the master inventory worksheet, to worksheets within the same workbook, named for location. There are nine columns of data (Item, Inv, Description, Condition, Year, Location, Replacement Value, Serial Numbers, Notes). Approximately 1400 rows of items. Would like updates made in the master worksheet to automatically carry through to the other worksheets.
Understanding that you have a sheet with the information required to be carried automatically on the other sheets within your workbook, I could have this completed for you very quickly. I have 20+ years experience using excel at an advanced level. Using excel formulas, I will pull information from the main sheet to the others, I do not envisage this taking long to complete hence the bid price being fair. I can make the values update either with formulas or with VBA macros, which are my main area of expertise. When I see the file and know what values exactly need to be transferred (how their layout looks like), then I will be able to tell what I find to be the best solution. Because data set is not large, formulas are a good solution, but source / output layout may not allow to use them.
If macro solution is used, data will be updated every time a worksheet is activated.
