This would be to consolidate a present summary of various projects in a dashboard. The dashboard should be able to show cost, schedule, resource status. Also, it should show task/milestone Gantt chart. Should also capture key risks, key milestones achieved, key activities planned, PO date, Expected closure date for the project selected. Any additional features are also welcome. Layout and presentation should be well done. Also, this should be scalable so that new projects should get added to this dashboard/file fluently. One should be able to put it in share point so that any update to any of the project should automatically get updated in the dashboard.
