I am looking for a quote from someone with professional experience with VBA, to produce a Microsoft word report template
We can provide a style that we like to be automated.
The template need to include:
1. A initial form to set: cover sheet project name, address, client name and address, number, date, type of report which will be them automatically set for the cover sheet,a control sheet, header and footer
2. Once the form is filled and saved, the template should open with a customised new menu item that is specifically designed for our project need and include options for:
- text style
- table style
-table of content, list of tables and figure style
- smart paste option for text and table
-Smart referencing option
-set style for footnote and table source tax
- figure and table caption style
- dealing with appendix - assigning, removing, adding appending header numbering and figure/ table numbering and text
- option to add or remove a section named as executive summary
- option to update table of contents
- references style and adding references as a bibliography at the end.
As mentioned above we will send a non automated template that can be used to set the automated VBA based styles and menu option as a tool for us to easily write an edit reports.
