fix my microsoft excel - outlook macro. macro to send emails through excel + outlook

I have an excel macro that sends out email through outlook to a list of recipents in excel. It also drafts a message in outlook using the data in excel.

Everything works its just the “to” field is not working. The field that reads who the recipient is. It worked with office 2013 but now I have office 2016 and its not working.
