Hello, Please read before posting. I am an immigration lawyer. My clients fill out an excel sheet similar to the one attached. I need to be able to AUTOMATICALLY extract information when a new client fills out the EXCEL form. This extracted information must be entered into the PDF file. This PDF file is dynamic and CANNOT be generated from scratch. this PDF is a government PDF form that has a specific button called "VALIDATE" that is on the first page. once the form is completed and the button VALIDATE is pressed, then the form reads the information and generates a BARCODE. This means that you cannot generate this PDF from scratch. You can only fill the PDF in its pure state. I want to be able to give this program an excel sheet with the exact format as the one attached here and for it to automatically take the pdf in question and populate the boxes. The PDF form has many boxes and they are populated in 1 of three ways: 1- either you write information 2- either its a drop down menu 3- either its a BOX that has to be checked The excel sheet provides the information about which information is written down, which is selected from a drop down menu, and which is a BOX to be checked.

Dear Employer, I have done exactly same project where an online form was filled and the data from that automatically goes in a PDF. It is either entered manually or chosen through dropdown or checked. So the only difference is, your is an Excel form and that was an online form. Hello! This sort of thing is my specialty. Just to reiterate the project here in my own words to make sure I understand everything properly - the PDF you attached is a form that you fill in based on an excel sheet that your clients fill out. You want to be able to pass this excel sheet into a tool that will automatically spit out the filled out PDF form as a new PDF. Is that correct? If so, I should have no problem at all with this and it shouldn't be more than a few hours to wrap up from start to finish, including teaching you how to run the tool. Let's discuss further. Hello, I'm an Automation developer. As this PDF is highly 'coding', we can not use normal excel-to-pdf techniques (such as mail-merge ). Instead, we need an power automate flow to perform 'human action' (such as enter text, select a dropbox item, check a check box).
