I have multiple Airbnb properties that I need to communicate with customers. This job does not that a lot of time but it require to be available on the phone most of the day with response time of less then an hour. I am looking for a person how check their phone often with good communication skills. This is a temp role that can lead to ongoing assistant.

Hi, Will there be any messaging service to chat from prospective buyers? I have an android phone and i operate it and have the phone with me for 24*7 although use it for almost 18 hours daily (except sleeping time). I can manage to reply any message within one hour as per your demand. I won't mind submitting few initial sample regarding the same if you like. The payment is on monthly basis. assuming one hour of work daily (more or less) assuming one productive hour. You may ask for few initial sample free of cost. Regards Vivek
