Build VBA Macro for excel to upload CSV file directly to Ebay Via HTTPS

I have VBA Macro in excel that compiles and updates inventory to a CSV that we manually upload to Ebay through File Exchange. I want code inserted in my existing VBA code that will programmatically upload to ebay via HTTP Post. I would also like some type of confirmation that the file was received built into the process if it is not too cumbersome.

-I already have the token for ebay.
-I will supply my existing VBA Macro Inventory Workbook, and would expect the final product installed and working.
-Successful completion will result in other projects of similar type for other API interfaces/marketplaces.
