We are hiring for a Bookkeeper/Administrative Assistant in a busy Vacation Rental/Real Estate office. This will be a part-time position (no more than 3 days per week...preferably Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday). Pay is based on experience.
Education level: High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred but not required.
Qualifications: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, Quickbooks experience, general math skills, ability to multi-task, ability to meet deadlines, proficiency in MS Office (preferably Word and Excel), basic bookkeeping skills (accounts payable and receivable), problem solving skills.
