I am a native English Customer Service Expert with over 2 years of experience as a Customer Service Assistant Manager, and 1 year of experience as a Service-Desk Networking Engineer. My work experience includes duties such as email support, remote support, and oral communication skills through engaging in inbound, and outbound telephonic communications.
Educationally, I have completed my Level 5 Customer Service Diploma along with a 120-hour TEFL Certification which qualifies me for both the Educational and Customer Service aspects of this position.
In my most recent position as a Service-desk Networking Engineer. I was required to work in the UK time-zone. This means that I am experienced in working with different time-zones, and would be honored to assist you during USA Business hours.
